Unlike banks and other conventional lenders, Endeavor does not predicate its lending and investment criteria on formula-driven spreadsheet analysis.

Most of our transactions are reviewed and committed to within one week because Endeavor is not governed by a bank’s strict underwriting requirements and regulations. Additionally, Endeavor will often times prefund an interest reserve account and defer any underwriting fees until an exit strategy is fully executed.
