Medical professionals are often subjected to pages and pages of black and white data. Adding humor and color to lengthy medical content was well received by readers.

In this example, problems with blood clotting are given a Shakespearian twist by a traveling band of red blood cells turned thespians.

The companion Website to the 2004 PBS television special featured several interactive areas that Alzheimer's patients and their care givers could explore.

These images from "The Living Center", a series of environments that would stimulate patients through activities such as browsing a 1950's Sears Catalogue, arranging flowers and organizing a tool shed.
